The application process
Our provided form must be printed and filled out before acquiring a storage unit. Once completed, bring the form into our office with both of the following: a bond of 4 weeks rent (refunded after vacating, provided that rent is paid in-full and the unit is undamaged) and two weeks of rent in advance.

How will I get in?
After your application process is completed, you will be given a pin code to grant you access to both the security gate and your unit.
When arriving at the complex, please enter your password by entering * (pass code) #. This will open the security gate and deactivate your unit whilst you are inside the complex.
Upon leaving the complex, the same password is to be entered into the pin pad which will again open the gate and reactivate your unit.
The security gate
Do not follow or tailgate another car into or out of the complex without entering a code into the pin pad, as this will activate the complex alarm system. If this is to happen, a $50 fee will be charged.
In case the automatic gate door does not open, there is an emergency gate within the automatic gate. The key is located on the external office wall at the front of the complex.
Rent
Rent is payable in advance to Ray White Armidale by direct deposit or EFTPOS.
Rodent prevention
We strongly advise that a mice/rat bait station be put inside the roller doors to prevent mice entering, as the acres behind the complex can have mice in them.
